Is your pet microchipped? Microchips can help identify you as the owner if your
pet is lost. Your contact information is stored online and available to vets and
animal control officers when your lost pet is scanned.
If you would like to have your dog or cat microchipped, AWS will implant a chip and
provide free registration for life for a one-time fee of $20.00.
Microchipping is done by appointment only at the shelter. Please call the shelter
at 304-725-0589 to schedule an appointment.
